Looking for a seasoned/30 year plus experienced person that has extreme knowledge in all aspects of residential remodeling to oversee and make sure each job is done correctly and on time. This may be a person who is looking to slow down physically from doing this work so I’m wanting to purchase your experience and job knowledge Job includes great pay, vacation and holiday pay, a take home company truck, company credit card.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Making sure the job has its materials, calling and explaining to customers when we will arrive and what we will be doing. Taking photos of the work and texting/emailing to the office staff. Keeping up with employees hours daily and calling them in at the end of the work day. Turning in daily receipts and status of current jobs in progress. This position will require you to explain the daily task to our employees and oversee its completion. This is a position that will require you to break away and pick up materials from various supply houses and lumber companies. Break away on a moments notice to go on service calls with a helper. Please KNOW that when responding to this add you MUST have experienced knowledge of: plumbing, electrical, framing, bath and kitchen remodeling to include cabinets, flooring, trim work, vinyl siding, replacement windows, how to use an aluminum brake, decks, make wooden stringers
I’m looking for a Type A leader who is a perfectionist with a great attitude and demeanor. Only looking for someone who is clean cut and has a neat appearance. Posses a valid drivers license and pass a drug test.
