As FX solutions we leverage Booking.com’s sizable cross-currency flows to provide novel FX solutions to our Bookers ensuring their international travels are frictionless without exorbitant fees. FX solutions is a new track within Booking.com’s FinTech business unit with company wide strategic priority. Join a young, diverse team solving some of the most pertinent payments challenges using the latest FX fintech solutions. 

What you’ll be doing:

Be responsible for the product vision for the FX accommodation solutions team developing additional features and FX products for our accommodation business unit

Own end to end product life cycle right from conceptualization till post delivery activities;

Test, learn and experiment with potential features and products extensively

Research and identify booker’s needs, developing a deep understanding of booker’s FX needs, competitor propositions and potential solutions

Unlock additional revenue opportunities for Booking.com by incubating additional FX products

Work across a broad set of stakeholders and peer product teams, effectively manage stakeholder expectations and collaboration;

Co-lead the engineering team to build and operate the product;

What you’ll bring:

3-5 years of tech product management experience;

1-3 years of FinTech experience especially in FX related products;

Significant experience in incubating new customer facing products and enhancing features

Comfortable working on large programs, complex problems and multiple stakeholders 

Experience working with Agile development methodologies;

Having the aim to provide our customers and partners with an outstanding experience;
