Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
To ensure the quality of the Rituals products and help secure that Rituals products continue to comply with international laws, regulations and internal standards. Assist in the registration/listing and notification process of our brand and products in existing and new markets worldwide.
YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for collecting, reviewing and filing of documentation regarding Regulatory matters. Including Product Information Files, Safety Data Sheets, CoA, Quality & GMP certifications, audit reports etc.
- Executing (international) product registration and notification processes (EU CPNP, US FDA and CSCP, GCC Middle East, Asia etc.) together with international Rituals sales organization and third parties
- Assisting to secure compliancy with relevant international laws and regulations such as ISO 22716, for both existing and newly developed products
- Responsible for checking draft artwork labeling of product introductions
- Actively managinginternal Q&R databases, such as Box, product database / portal (STEP), etc.
You will report to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and you will be part of the Sourcing Department and Quality and Regulatory team.
YOUR INGREDIENTS
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- You have a Bachelor / Masters Degree
- Proven organizational and administrative skills with an obsession for details and passion for efficiency
- You know your way around in Excel and other Office applications
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and stakeholders; team player combined with “can do” mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English languages
- Experience with Quality Management and/or Regulatory Affairs activities, preferably in the cosmetics industry
