Hourly Rate: $66 W2; $76 CTC/1099 Job Description: The STATE, Information Technology Department, is looking to contract with a vendor to provide trained, established, experienced Business Professionals, with current and progressive business analysis and project management work experience in the following job roles and roles/responsibilities to assist in meeting the increased project demand and workload from agency customers. Current and progressive work experience in the following is required: Business Analysis Agile and Waterfall Project Management Required Skills:
- Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience with business analysis and project management in mid to large scale or high visibility business initiatives/projects with varying complexity. (3 years)
- Proven customer, requirements, and project management skills and experience. Additional desire for testing skills and experience. (5 years)
- Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success. (5 years)
- Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency. (5 years)
- Good time management and organization skills (5 years)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (5 years)
- Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel (5 years)
- Experience with developing and maintaining project documentation, scope, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project. (5 years)
- Experience with business process modeling using Visio or similar tools. (5 years)
- Experience gathering and managing requirements/stories in Word or Azure DevOps. (5 years)
- Experience and knowledge of industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques from BABOK (preferred) or PM-BA. (5 years)
- Experience and knowledge of industry standard project management methodology and techniques from PMBOK (5 years)
- Excel (5 years)
- Word (5 years)
- Visio (5 years)
- MS Project and/or MS Project Online (5 years)
- Microsoft Azure DevOps (5 years)
- SharePoint (5 years)
- Business analysis and/or project management certification is big plus (5 years)
