The Biltmore Hotel & Suites is looking to add a few new individuals to our Front Desk team! If you are energetic, friendly, willing to work, reliable, dependable, can work independently/well with others, can work under pressure and are willing to provide the best Customer Service to our guests, than we want to hear from you! We do train for all shifts but most shifts available would be 3pm until 11pm, this will include weekends as well. Each team member works one overnight (11p to 7a) a month to help out as well. Duties include but not limited to are:
- answering phones, making reservations, checking guests in and out, handling customer complaints and providing each guest with an excellent sense of customer service. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Please email resume or stop by in person at 3800 Main Ave, Fargo.
