This role is leading an Americas organization of Azure hunters, Apps & Infra Digital Specialist, Data & AI Specialists, Cloud Solution Architects and their respective managers. As a Digital Sales Leader, you will be helping our customers around the world digitally transform as your team sells our best-in-class cloud service and platforms to Enterprise customers. This digital team is focused on prospecting marketing recommendations, engaging large enterprise customers and leading them through our five step “Tech at Scale” offering where we teach and help customers realize the value of our Azure platform. This new and growing digital sales engine is focused on customer acquisition and bringing new customers onto our Cloud platform.The Americas Enterprise Digital Sales Leader provides sales leadership and technical thought leadership to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation. This individual is a great sales coach and leader, has a challenger mentality, and is fluent in sales-leadership practice. They will help build, learn and iterate as we refine this new digital model. They will be influential in connecting with our Enterprise stakeholders acros both our sales field and corporate. They will contribute with a growth mindset, innovative vision and flawless execution of solution and technical sales across different customer scenarios.ResponsibilitiesDrive customer success through inspirational sales leadership

Inspire managers and individuals in the organization and foster a culture of customer-centricity,accountability, collaboration and achieving big bold goals

Lead organization to drive new projects through business outcome selling & expanding customerITDM and BDM connections

Work closely with prioritized partners to extend sales capabilities, scale selling capabilities and drivecustomer adoption.

Growing share faster than competitors through best in class sales execution

Ensure appropriate consistent pipeline coverage and orchestration models are optimized in by solution area to reach revenue targets: Specialist sellers directly responsible for closing majority of the cloud revenue and consumption. Technical Specialists are directly responsible for customeradoption and owning customer technical decisions.

Create clarity, generate energy and deliver success through an impactful people and readiness agenda

Technical ExpertiseLead Azure digital customer acquisition strategy & execution across the Enterprise.

Understand andadvocate for joint sales and marketing digital motion.

Enable and empower specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive cloud businessesgrowth to achieve targets and accelerate customer value through consumption across our Apps &Infra and Data & AI workloads.

Partner with and influence key corporate and field stakeholders within the enterprise operatingmodel to drive customer success.

Provide thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their digitaltransformation needs.

Lead by example, personally engaging at CxO level to support and coach teams on new opportunitydiscovery and acceleration.

Lead & coach specialist and technical specialist managers to drive end-to-end business solutions across solution areas, increasing customer and partner satisfaction and average deal size year overyear.

People ManagementManagers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

Experience leading a team to set a strategy and execute against the strategy

Preferred Qualifications10+ years of services sales or account management experience.

7+ year(s) of people management experience leading a team to set a strategy and execute against the strategy

Proven track record and experience leading large sales and technical specialist organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers

Passion for technology and strong advocate on how technology can Digitally Transform our customers business processes, create new products, enable employee engagements and how technology will enable our customers to realize their potential.

Understanding of Digital Sales and experience leading a global scale motion

Proven track record on Business Development for Solution, Support and Cloud Platform Sales

Proven track record and experience leading organizational transformations while delivering on shortand longer term results;

Strategic technology leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in newmarkets/solution areas (preferred: cloud services growth and consumption)

Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration, and proven abilityto influence across organizational boundaries
