Support continuous technology training initiatives throughout the organization ultimately touching the entire workforce.

Create technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.

Deliver training sessions via webinars, conference calls or in person.

Work closely with the IT team to determine relevant training needs.

Provide technical coaching to executives and managers, supervisors, employees.

Assist in technical training and support during the onboarding process of new hires.

Keep and report data on completed courses.

Collaborate with the IT and Organizational Development team to plan and implement additional company-wide professional development offerings.

Experience providing technical assistance.

Education/Experience:Bachelor-s degree or have 3-5 years work experience in computer science or related technical fields.

Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite strongly preferred; advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Teams, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; proficiency in SharePoint.

Experience conducting classroom training related to technology.

Experience utilizing a learning management system is preferred.
