Kelly Services is currently recruiting a Skilled Light Industrial workers for a leading company in Central-Eastern North Dakota. The main duties of this role include, but are not limited to, inspecting and testing the product produced in the facility to ensure it meets and exceeds all quality standards, maintenance of equipment within the facility, and safe loading and unloading of products into the warehouse. Responsibilities may include:
-Inspect and give approval on outgoing shipments
-Ensure compliance through monitoring employee activities
-Assist leadership in implementing safety programs within production plant
-Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
-Various data collection, tracking, and presentation to leadership based on production
-Assists with the daily operations of the warehouse in accordance with warehouse policies and procedures
-Ensures a clean and safe work environment
-Be open to using a forklift
-Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
-Valid Drivers license with ability to travel between local locations
-Ability to lift 50lbs
-High attention to detail
-Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
-Previous agricultural experience is a plus
-Mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail
-Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics
-Possess basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate company related software
-Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
-Ability to climb stairs, bend, and stand for long periods of time
