Production Associate/Window Painter

Job Description:

HireQuest Direct in Fargo, ND is looking for Production Associate/Window Painter for a local in West Fargo! If you have experience in a manufacturing environment specifically in paint & coating applications, have excellent communication, and mechanically inclined, we want you to apply!

This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time hours. The pay is $16-17 per hour/DOE. This position is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. OT as needed.

The Production Associate/Window Painter will work in our paint booth and will be responsible for various painting tasks including applying a finished coated surface on products in order to meet specifications put forth by supervisors.

Responsibilities:

· Clean and adept in keeping a tidy work environment.

· Self-motivated and able to complete duties beyond those specifically laid-out by supervisors.

· Focused and committed to a safe and hazard-free work environment.

· Accomplish additional duties set forth by the tank and/or paint supervisor.

· Prompt and dependable attendance.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Must have the ability and openness to learn painting techniques and apply them quickly and proficiently

· Highschool Diploma or GED

· Qualifiable production experience
