Summary and Purpose:
The primary function of this position is to support the Account Manager, Driver Managers, and Fleet Management through accurate and timely data entry.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of two year college degree from an accredited college in Accounting or Business Management or 2 years relatable experience.
Essential Job Functions:
(1) Contact customers to establish load appointments, load updates, load closures, and any other pertinent information requested or required by the customer.
(2) Assist the Account Managers in customer relations.
(3) Enter accurate and complete load information into the TMS systems, including all data necessary for the Account Managers, Driver Managers, and their drivers to successfully deliver freight on time.
(4) Update load details with any accessorial or additional charges as reported by the Driver Manager or Account Manager to ensure correct billing and no lost revenue.
(5) Assist in complete and timely billing process eliminating time spent securing additional information from other departments.
(6) Assist Account Managers in running reports to track capacities, service levels, and overall efficiencies.
Hours: Monday-Friday; (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Pay: Competitive Hourly Wage
