Pacific Ag is looking for a part-time office and logistics assistant.
The right candidate will be
-highly organized
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
-Professional communication with drivers, customers, and co-workers
-High attention to detail
-dependable
-ability to work independently or as part of a team
-ability to multi-task a must
This position will be approximately 25 hours per week and is located at a rural office. Will report to the Logistics Manager and provide support to General Manager. Will assist in booking loads, maintaining driver files and matching completed Bills of Lading to dispatch program. Will prepare and maintain carrier files, grower files and customer files as needed.
