Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the implementation of our marketing activitiesSupport owner/marketing coordinator in organizing various projects and eventsConduct market research and analyze customer feedback/reviewsEmploy marketing analytic techniques to gather important data social media, web analytics, etcUpdate spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial, and non-financial informationAssist with organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns along with attending eventsCompose and post online content on the companys website and social media accountsDevelop and distribute marketing literature to share Achieve Therapy and Fitness with the community Establish relationships with current, past and future clients to nurture trusting relationshipsEstablish relationships with marketing community and carry out any advertising required such as television, radio, and internet. As needed coverage of the receptionist and front desk including phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, etc. (vacation coverage, sick days etc for regular staff) Assisting and developing the newsletter for past, current and future clients
