Duties include leasing, following Rural Development guidelines, rent collections, resident relations, and management of day-to-day operations. The position also includes Caretaking of the building. Customer service, computer, sales, organizational, and administrative skills and experience required. Experience with Section 8 or Rural Development programs is a plus.
