We are looking for commercial snow shoveling crew members/leaders for this winter season. (Summer work potentially available for those looking for full-time/full-year positions.) Crews typically consist of 2-3 crew members with a crew lead. This position is on-call or as needed throughout the winter months. The ideal candidate will be available on short notice for all snow events. The ideal candidate must safely and efficiently operate trucks/equipment and can effectively manage time while removing snow from customer's business' and apartment/townhouse/condo's sidewalks as well as other areas needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside conditions.

« Responsibilities »
Must safely, properly, and efficiently operate shovel equipment
Be ready for duty when winter storms are possible
Identify and implement risk management techniques to reduce exposure to injury, damage, and liability.
Follow both verbal and written instructions and report operations both verbally or in written form.
Report any damages or other snow and ice management issues to Lawn King supervisor
« Qualifications »
Valid Driver's License (preferred, not required)
Extreme availability for on-call work
Be able to work safely and efficiently for extended periods of time at all hours of the day or night, and in all weather conditions
Be able to stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, and squat in the performance of job duties
Be physically able to shovel snow
Tolerant of frequent exposure to extreme weather conditions including cold, rain, and snow
Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision acuity, night vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust his or her focus, allowing a broad field of vision
