Hampton Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Basic repairs of electrical, plumbing and heating systems
Basic carpentry skills
Lifting and carrying items will be required.
Must be able to climb a ladder, or work from a platform.
Must be able to work unsupervised and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and
provide a positive customer relations experience.
Technician must pass a criminal background and driving record check.
Position requires technician to be "on call" for emergencies on a rotating basis.
Compensation will consist of the following:
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00/ hr. depending on the experience of the individual
Vacation: one week annually after one year of employment, increasing to 2 weeks after 3 years of employment
Health Insurance: Hampton Corp will pay 80% of the cost of a health Insurance policy thru our current plan after six months of employment.
Technician will be off and paid for major holidays unless it falls during their "on call" rotation
