Job Description: Shift Supervisor
$26/hr starting wage
48hrs/week minimum with opportunity for additional OT
After 60days: health/dental/vision
401k after 1year w/5% match
Key Responsibilities:Maintain scheduled production to meet targets and deadlines.
Motivate and guide operators to achieve production goals.
Review and approve all shift production records.
Manage the daily shift schedules for operators.
Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Support and develop team members through recorded coaching and training sessions.
Ensure safety is always a priority and enforce safety protocols.
Support quality and food safety standards.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
Physical capability to bend, lift, climb, turn, and reach overhead.
Ability to remain on feet for most of the shift with substantial walking.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts throughout the year.
Proficiency in navigating and using touch screen interfaces.
