An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer to join the team at the Renovate Industrial Shops, B546 project team at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization that has spent over forty-five years providing military grade management to projects nationwide.

Reporting to a Construction Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for:

Coordinating the production, quality, and safety to ensure that all functions and goals are successfully accomplished.

Actively participating in the development of weekly four-week lookahead schedules.

Monitoring the Project Schedule, identifying potential impacts, and taking proactive actions to minimize or eliminate impacts.

Interacting with client representatives.

Chairing weekly Owner coordination meetings.

Overseeing the submittal process to ensure proper coordination with schedule requirements.

Overseeing the request for information (RFI) process, including preparing and reviewing RFIs.

Managing the coordination of materials deliveries.

Preparing and reviewing all project documentation to ensure it complies with company processes, procedures, and policies.

Participating in jobsite safety enforcement and compliance.

Ensuring documentation of project activities (photos and progress)

Controlling expenses within the budget constraints outlined in the monthly Job Cost Reports, and taking corrective actions when forecasts reflect overruns.

Participate in resolving issues by developing and implementing innovative approaches, resulting in reducing costs and expediting the work.

Monthly payment requests and Project Schedule update.

Project close-out.

BS in construction-related discipline preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
