Job Description
ABOUT THE JOBIn this role you will partner with the Human Resources team to provide general HR support; hourly recruiting, onboarding, coaching and all facets of associate relations. You will be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
YOUR ROLE:- Support the organization’s staffing needs; recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Drive Positive Associate Relations (PAR) culture by proactively resolving associate concerns and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Coaching and mentoring of our workforce to develop their leadership capabilities.
- Participate in the design and delivery of training on HR initiatives and programs
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- 2 years of HR or relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience sourcing and recruiting skilled trades and production workforce
- Experience utilizing and maintaining a full functional integrated HRIS & TA system
- Able to handle and maintain data that is confidential in nature
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
