About This RoleWe are seeking someonefor theclinical/commercial manufacturing planning and scheduling for the RTP DP/DS Manufacturing Sites. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, detailed daily production schedules that align with short/long term production plans used by Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Validation and Plant Management.
What You'll Do- Supports facility readiness, changeover, maintenance, and shutdown project schedules.
- Confirms equipment requirements, proactively identifies constraints, and communicates issues with suggested alternative solutions.
- Develops and updates Production Planning models for both clinical and commercial programs.
- Train peers on factory models daily schedule updates, model changes and best practices for the scheduling function.
We are looking for someone that can come in and hitthe ground running. Someone that can settarget dates for maintenance, construction, validation, and I&C activities in addition to placing the work on the production schedule. We want to ensure that equipment activities associated with facility shutdown (predecessors/successors) provide an accurate, logistical view when setting return to service dates.
Qualifications
Required Skills- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years Manufacturing/ Schedulingexperience
- Oracle or Advanced Scheduling tool
- Bachelor’s degree
