About This Role

This administration position within the Maintenance Department is responsible for providing overall asset management, work planning, preventive maintenance program, and spare part inventory using EAM (Equipment Asset Management) software. This support consists of all RTP Gene Therapy Manufacturing personnel as well as providing global expertise. The incumbent will maintain parts/asset data accuracy and equipment in EAM system along with the planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and enter that information into the EAM system.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting, Configuration, Testing and Administration for Maintenance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) database operation and changes
  • Cross site representation of the CMMS for training, system enhancements, issues, etc in a global lead role
  • Customer interaction and response on CMMS day to day use
  • Review / Approve revisions for new / modified PM’s, Job Plans, and Material Lists in Maintenance Database. Review / Approves changes to new / modified equipment in the Maintenance Database.
  • Measure and publish KPI Metrics, interpret data, and recommended findings
  • Maintains departmental office supply inventory

You are a highly organized individual that possesses high proficiencywithin computer systems and customer support. You have demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in cross functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years administrative / inventory control experience
  • Competency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Power Point.
  • Experience handling cGMP/cGLP documentation.
  • Prior working knowledge of a CMMS systems and architecture, demonstrating CMMS efficiencies.
  • CMMS Data Support and analysis specifically in asset management and spare part optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AA/AS Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
