Job Description

The primary role of the Sr. Case Management Coordinator is to take the lead in facilitating access to therapy utilizing our neurology products. Patient base includes both newly diagnosed and existing MS patients. Daily interactions involve contact via phone with health care providers, Biogen field representatives, business service partners, nursing services and other internal work group partners.

The competitive candidates will demonstrate field impact and relationships, ambiguity, ability to influence without authority and an ability to utilize strong interpersonal skills that will allow for the support and education of patients, understanding of medical benefits, and communicating support program options that will drive successful outcomes for our patients.

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical proficiency in CRM or equivalent systems Understanding of service offerings Comfortable working with standard operating procedures with focus on quality Detail oriented Experience working a fast-paced environment Strong problem solving, time management and organization skills Demonstrated willingness to present solutions and diverse perspectives Case Management support experience and field exposure preferred A track record of success, work experience, and collaboration A team player, with a desire to work with Prescribers, Sales team members, Patients, and business partners Adaptive, energetic and comfortable with process improvement and change management Successful completion of paid training without interruption is a must Bilingual (English and Spanish) skill is a plus

NOTE: Though training hours will likely be conducted from 8:30am-5:00pm, candidates should be able to work any shift between the hours of 8:30am-8pm at the end of training. Core Business hours are subject to change due finalization of business needs.

Education:High school degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
