- Ongoing interaction with multiple levels of the organization
- Experience working within a complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
- Member of an Application Shared Service Team that delivers and supports software solutions for the business operations
- Complete all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle on new software application projects
- Respond to all support ticket requests within the time frame outlined in our IT support policies
- General knowledge of project management practices with ability to lead technical projects
- Work in a manner that keeps applications, systems, and processes in compliance with SOX, General Computing Controls, and the Company's business policies.
- Liaison with external consultants and vendors to deliver third-party business solutions as needed
- Collaborate with and help to mentor other IT Application team members
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an IT professional
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following is required: Microsoft .NET framework, HTML, ASP, C#, VB.NET, Bootstrap, JavaScript Libraries, MS SQL, API Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON), SSR
- Experience with source control tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Team Foundation Server is preferred
- Experience with one or more of these applications is preferred: Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, OneStream, MS Azure, Infor CSI ERP, Data Integration tools such as SSIS or Talend
