- Demonstrating and directing a solid commitment to all aspects of safety.
- Analyzing complex issues and developing actionable recommendation; ensuring decisions impacting the organization are based on data and sound reasoning.
- Developing and documenting business processes and requirements to insure consistent, sustainable operations of the Client system.
- Supporting on-going client projects through system administration, configuration and testing activities.
- Developing test scripts for, and perform system testing of, system release migrations (i.e. DEV, QA, PROD, etc.).
- Working with client stakeholders to coordinate system upgrades and maintenance outages.
- Conducting production support activities including linking data across systems, importing data, and data validation.
- Documenting and mitigating production support issues including help desk contact, defect resolution, etc.Working with approximately 800+ users.
- Experience level II (3-6 years), level III (6-10 years).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and story writing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Relational databases and SQL is preferred
- Familiarity with software configuration / programming is preferred
- Experience in Energy Delivery (ED) transmission/distribution systems or in general business operations a plus
- Familiarity of transmission substation equipment and related attributes and configuration is a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
