Sr. POS / Progress Developer

Modis IT is seeking a Sr. POS / Progress Developer for a contract position in either Akron, Ohio or Dallas, Texas. Candidates will still be mainly remote, but may come onsite occasionally for testing. Top skills needed are Progress, Webspeed, and JavaScript. Testing experience is a

MUST.

Responsibilities:

Assist with analysis / design on POS capabilities

Write code for a custom POS

Unit Testing

Integration Testing

Technology / Qualifications Needed:

Progress 11.6

Progress Webspeed / ABL coding for LINUX

JavaScript with Isomorphic Smartclient Framework or similar experience
