Job ID: 21-10492Job Title: Sr. SEC Reporting AccountantLocation: RemoteDuration: Permanent/FTE The Sr. SEC Reporting Accountant will support the accounting, reporting, and internal control requirements of the Corporate Controllers function. This position will assist with the timely and accurate preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements reported in the SEC Forms 10-Q/K as well as the Companys Sarbanes-Oxley 404 program. DUTIES
- Prepares analysis and supporting documentation for various quarterly and annual footnotes and MD&A disclosures related to the consolidated financial statements included in the Company's Form 10-Q/K
- Collaborates with Financial Accountants, Controllers, and other departments (e.g., Legal, Treasury, Tax, FP&A) to ensure timely input on financial reporting matters/disclosures
- Completes financial reporting and disclosure checklists, as required for financial reports and SEC filings
- Assists with the research, assessment, and documentation of complex transactions, US GAAP accounting and financial reporting judgments, and the implementation of new accounting standards
- Interfaces with external and internal audit departments on various accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters; serves as a SOX compliance liaison between business process and control owners
- Supports management with its evaluation of internal control over financial reporting, including scoping, evaluation of test results, and characterization of deficiencies
- Aids with ongoing improvements and automation of financial reporting and internal control processes
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and/or projects as needed

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or second tier) and/or industry experience within corporate financial reporting, SEC reporting, or internal controls
- Previous experience with:
- SEC reporting tools, such as Workiva preferred
- financial consolidation and reporting tools, such as HFM and Smartview preferred
- Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Highly organized and diligent about completing tasks on-time and with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to:
- effectively communicate across various levels of a global organization
- work under the pressure of reporting deadlines and exhibit agility when necessary
