Our direct client is looking for two (2) Software Support Systems Engineer to provide technical support for their software and hardware solutions. You will need a Bachelor's degree one of Computer Science, Computer Engineering technology, or Biomedical Engineering and strong troubleshooting skills. The role involves using CRM and MS Team Foundation Server to document defects, execute test cases, and support testing efforts for integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
