Brand Protect Plus is a leading customer service and warehouse outsource provider located in Beachwood, Ohio. Our mission is to provide the highest quality customer service experience on every call with the help of our dedicated and experienced customer service representatives.
We are looking for Call Center Representatives who are committed to providing exceptional customer service through knowledge, experience and dedication. As a brand ambassador for our clients, they will be the front line of the business who will effectively solve customer service inquires and complaints, provide product and parts/accessories upsells, assist with basic use, setup and care of products within various industries including; small appliances, consumer electronics, and home and garden.
Job Responsibilities
Handle and respond to all inbound phone calls, emails and social media inquiries
Ability to understand customer needs and advise consumers on proper product usage
Identify customers' needs, confirm information, and utilize the client's Knowledgebase to provide a one-call resolution
Log customer and call information into the Customer Relations Management (CRM)
Recognize opportunities to upsell products and/or parts when applicable
Strive to achieve both personal and team monthly goals
Serve as brand ambassadors who represent clients in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communications skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
General computer knowledge and typing skills
