Outbound Teleservices Representatives work on a variety of programs for companies that require customer service skills when dealing with the public. Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Maintains quality service by following organization standards and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed per project.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible to meet and exceed the customers expectations on each program
Successfully achieving their personal and professional goals/objectives
Provide feedback on how to improve programs and processes
Show initiative and drive in making every program successful
Follow a set agenda that is given by the call center Specialists/Supervisor
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
Show patience and courtesy regardless of the customer's behavior
Make a positive impression on the customer
Ability to overcome objection and resolve the customer's issues
Learn each of the fundamentals of the telephone (tone, pronunciation, etc.) and customer service
Will learn to utilize program database, call processes, rebuttals and dialogue
General Keyboarding skills, Data Entry with an understanding of computer concepts and Windows
Must possess an energetic personality
Work well in a fast paced environment
Persuasive
Persistent
Needs to have Telemarketing experience. In need of Bi-Lingual Spanish / English.
