I am looking for a person to live on site. This is not a retirement job and the room is not free, you must be in reasonably good physical condition. They will have a private room and entrance, Possible room pictured. I have several motel rooms I need cleaned on a weekly basis. They will have bathroom, kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, stoves and living areas. I prefer someone with a commercial cleaning background. I provide a list of what needs to be done and I will provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and tools needed. If you work out it could become a permanent thing with more hours per week depending on additional knowledge and capabilities. You must be able to shovel snow on the sidewalks, move 50lb bags of salt and spread it when necessary. Be able to use carpet cleaning equipment and slide furniture from one side of the room to another. Additional skills preferred would be light landscaping such as planting flowers and pulling weeds, mulch placement etc in the spring An assistant for remodeling projects would be a big help also, painting skills etc
Non smoker preferred. Actual rate of pay and room cost to be negotiated in person and based experience and additional skills. No couples unless they can prove solid employment elsewhere for the second person.
