Local property management company is seeking a part-time maintenance / handyman.
Duties will include general property maintenance (Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall)
Lawn care/landscaping maintenance
Tenant clean out
Equipment cleaning /maintenance
Preparing tenant move ins
Must have prior experience, able to follow directions and good with hands.
Part time - 25 hours week, flexible on days
$12.00hr. - $15.00 hr. based on experience.
Must have a have a valid driver's license and be reliable.
