Kent- Full-time Maintenance Person for student rentals and mobile home parks. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Knowledge preferred in the following areas: window installation, basic carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing. Must be available for evening and weekend emergency repairs. Should be able to work well independently and with others, possess good time management and project management skills, and own reliable transportation.
