This property management company is seeking an individual that has light building maintenance, as well as painting experience. You will paint curbs, curb stops, and staining picnic tables. Additionally, you will help get apartments ready by painting walls, cleaning, and making light electrical and plumbing repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have exterior painting experience, must have light electrical and plumbing experience, must have own tools, and must have own reliable transportation. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
