Well established small job shop has an immediate opening for full-time experienced CNC machinist. Must have experience operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills (no lathe work).
Job Duties include:
Understanding of machining fundamentals (speeds, feeds, coolants, etc.)
Must read and interpret blue prints understand tolerances
Must know machine code and have ability to edit programs
Must have experience using calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, indicators, etc.
Must be able to set up tooling and fixtures, machine parts from burnouts or weldments
Must work independently - no training
Hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday and possible Saturdays 7:00am to noon.
Must have current valid Ohio driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.
Medical Coverage available after 90 days, 1 wk vacation after 1 year, voluntary IRA participation.
