We are a small, third generation tank trailer/tank truck repair shop looking for a qualified technician to add to our team. We perform annual tank inspections, DOT Inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance on tank trailers and truck tanks and are looking for someone with the following set of skills:
Strong mechanical/diagnostic ability
Attention to detail
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Familiarity with DOT regulations
Ability to repair basic trailer wiring, air brakes, etc.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance services on trucks and trailers.
Welding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Due to the unique nature of our business, some on the job training will be provided.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and regular attendance/arriving on time is essential. Pay is competitive but based on your experience, so the more experienced you are, the more money you'll get.
You must own your own basic hand tools (wrenches/screw drivers/air tools/etc.) but other specialty tools will be provided to you. If you would like to work in a laid back atmosphere where you're constantly doing something different, send us your resume.
