Job Description Be part of a dynamic team that develops and configures Bots by using Blueprism Software based on requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing. Conduct post-implementation validation to ensure the Bot's performance meets specifications and requirements. Manages and represents multiple and occasionally complex business activities, spanning cross-functionally in terms of expertise and contributions. Ensures the design and operating effectiveness of the control environment over the areas of responsibility. Responsibilities • Configures and develop the workflow based on the detailed business requirements, utilizing Blueprism RPA software. • Conduct process end-to-end analysis workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements • Work closely with business technology / developers to determine the feasibility of automation • Ensure process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective and documented • Partner with the business and business technology to develop and execute a test plan • Perform User Acceptance Testing • Ensure defects are accurately documented, escalated and resolved in a timely manner • Assist with the deployment of the automated process into production, as needed • Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identifies opportunities for process automation that increases efficiencies and reduces operational risk. • Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective, and documented. • Ensures defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner. • Assists with the deployment of the automated process into production as needed. • Facilitates meetings with business SMEs and business technology as needed. • Conducts deep-dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements. Qualifications: At a minimum, here's what we need from you: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering Preferred qualifications: 4+ years of experience RPA Development, Blue Prism, Computer Science, Operations, Initiative/Program Management, Process Management, Financial Systems, or related Ability to multi-task as this individual will be tasked with working on multiple RPA related projects at one time Experience with Blue Prism, Project Management (PMP), Blue Works Live, Lean Six Sigma Strong analytical, written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Excellent relationship building skills Ability to work both in a team environment under guidance and as well as with minimal supervision Proficient in graphical flowchart / modeler tools like Visio, Microsoft Vision or IBM Blue Works Live #LI-LG What are you waiting for?
