SBC Professional Search has an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor in Athens, OH. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, with the ability to direct and oversee a team of Maintenance Techs, prioritize work orders, assist with large scale CapEx projects, oversee turn vendors, and direct all Turn efforts. Prior Student Housing Maintenance experience strongly preferred; prior Residential Maintenance experience REQUIRED.
