MasterBrand  is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as Director, Sales Home Center for the Commercial Home Center channel.  This role is critical in shaping and executing strategies that drive profitable growth, expand market share, and create value by aligning MasterBrand products with key customer segments.As the voice of the customer and a strategic business partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in influencing MasterBrand's presence in the Home Center channel, fostering innovation, and delivering impactful results.This is a remote role.  Location is flexible, with proximity to airport for regular travel (50% of the time).ResponsibilitiesLead MasterBrand's engagement with select Home Center accounts, achieving annual sales objectives while driving a culture of accountability and a growth mindset.Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies for the Home Center channel, integrating strategic account management principles.Develop and execute policies and programs related to retail selling operations, including daily management and sales pipeline activities.Ensure the delivery of revenue and profit goals by directing the development and implementation of retail sales plans to meet those objectives.Develop the relationships and operating practices that will provide the account team a competitive advantage, which are differentiated by creative solutions and serve to increase the productivity and efficiency of current programs and services.Oversee the integration of national account and channel objectives into a cohesive sales plan.Lead, build and activate executive and senior-level relationships with key National Account Merchants and MasterBrand partners.Strategically manage resources to capitalize on program and channel development opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Foster collaborative partnerships with internal teams in marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, digital/technology, and field sales to align on priorities and execute key initiatives.
