Maintain and leverage te chn ical expertise and build lasting relationships in serving clients.As a design verification engineer, you will work with a team of engineers, scientists, and researchers to develop the next generation of microelectronic designs critical to our national interests. Assist your colleagues and clients in performing verification by applying commer cia l best-practices to IP and block level designs us ing state of the art tools and te chn iques. Research and implement new and novel approaches for verification in the unique DoD design environment. Provide te chn ical management support and strategic assessments of new te chn ologies to support senior DoD decision-makers, including c ond ucting background research in evaluating the feasibility of and potential applications for new te chn ological concepts. Produce and present findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients, assist with te chn ical program management and program development, and brief materials out for government research and development efforts.You Have:- 3+ years of experience in an ASIC or FPGA design verification role
- Experience with performing IP block or SoC level verification
- Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
- Experience with modern HDL simulation and emulation tools and te chn iques
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BS degree in EE or Computer Engineering
- Experience with Universal Verification Methodology ( UVM ) drivers, monitors, and scoreboards
- Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions ( SVA ) , or Formal Verification tools and te chn iques
- Experience with executable test plans and coverage driven verification
- Experience with commer cia l EDA tools such as Cadence Xcelium, Palladium, or Protium
- Experience with other aspects of the ASIC design flow such as architecture and synthesis, prototyping, power analysis, security verification
- Experience with C/C, Python, TCL, or other scripting languages
- Experience with performing te chn ical research, documenting results, and presenting findings to c us tomers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of problems and solutions asso cia ted with modern hardware security and t r us t
- Ability to be self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a client-service mindset, seek out solutions, and deliver value within uncertain and evolving project environments
- Secret clearance
- MA or MS degree in EE or Computer Engineering
