Riverside Research is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. This position can sit at either our Crystal City, VA office, Lexington, MA office or Beavercreek, OH office. This person will help the team recruit top talent across multiple departments in the company. Our recruiters are crucial to our growth so we are looking for someone that will hit the ground running!

Job Duties:
  • At least 2 years experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and prior success delivering talent pipelines for technology groups
  • Experience recruiting with mission partners across the IC and DOD. Candidates with radar/satellite technology recruiting or NGO/NRA recruiting or experience recruiting on federal contracts will be given preference
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience- Must also include finding and placing cleared talent, from Secret to TS/SCI w/ Poly clearances
  • Assist in the development and management of a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Source passive candidates through networking, using complex Boolean search strings and social media outreach
  • Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers on candidates and conduct phone screens
  • Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to find and attract applicants
  • Manage reporting on key recruiting metrics such as pipeline statistics, diversity goals, time to fill
  • Ensure application of our best practices for interviewing and structured hiring process
  • Create requisitions and creative ads for external sites
  • Participate in career fairs and recruiting events

Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
  • 2 years' technical recruiting experience including using an applicant tracking system
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience within a Government contracting environment
  • Ability to implement creative solutions to complex problems and difficult challenges
