Position: Project Analyst Duration: 6 Months- Possibility of Extension Location: Remote, Cleveland ideal Position Description: The Project Analyst will be responsible for a full range of activities to ensure the profitability throughout a project's lifecycle. The Project Analyst will analyze project data, document financial performance, and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness. The Project Analyst will report directly to the Regional Finance Manager while working closely with the VPGM and Project Managers in driving profitability for the business unit. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with WIP and AR data analysis
- Perform project level data analysis and reconciliations
- Assist with month end reporting requirements
- Prepare Oracle uploads & reconcile accounting data
- Provide invoicing support
- Assist with research and analysis across the project
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial and/or analytical role
- 3-5 years of project metrics, reporting, and analysis experience
- 1-2 years of experience with ORACLE, WORD, POWERPOINT, and reporting tools
- Advance Excel Skills - able to work with data, search, and analyze
- Ability to convert high volumes of data and into meaningful and actionable reporting
- 3-5 years of experience and understanding of operational, financial and business fundamentals
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
