- Conducts and coordinates research efforts using interviews, observation, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process reviews, impact and/or task and workflow analysis
- Interprets and evaluates research data and develops integrated business analyses for incorporation into process improvement and strategic decision-making
- Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into functional and system requirements
- Prepares analysis conclusions, recommendations and presentations for a variety of audiences
- Researches operating inefficiencies, observes trends, performs root cause analysis and provides recommendations for improvements and implementation of solution
- Works across functions and interacts with various levels of the organization to define, develop and support business process and procedure enhancements, with a focus on continuous improvements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or commensurate business experience
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, project or team leadership, experience in one or more major business functions (Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT)
- Facilitation experience with an understanding of business administration and ability to respond to varied agendas/shifting priorities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and use of Information Technology to support business objectives
- Business ethics, objective judgment, organizational, negotiation and change management skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at various levels in organization and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and business groups
