Key Responsibilities:Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing - Information Technology is looking for an IT Engineering Analyst to support IT service operations at the Berea, OH facility (CAM Engineered Products). This role will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. Excellent problem solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to solve complex challenges to meet business goals and objectives.

Key Activities:
  • Configures, installs, monitors and maintains IT users' desktop software and hardware
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Perform user administration duties
Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of:
    • Microsoft suite of products (O365, Windows OS, etc.)
    • Remote Desktop support
    • Patch management
    • Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
    • Networking product support
    • Handheld smartphones and tablets
  • Certifications such as: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), ITIL Foundations highly desired
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering or related experience
  • Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
