Job Description:Lead and manage project planStrong project management skillsCertification(s) required PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarchStrong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Provide day-to-day technical supervision, high level support in multiple locationsProven problem solving and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Complete discovery and develop an appracch that supports the degree of change for the organization.Manage and Support Teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plansProvide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitionsImplement the Kroger Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transitionConduct readiness assessments evaluate resutls and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand mannerDevelop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans- including commmunication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management planCoordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization; both formal and informal learning events Execute Change Management while supporting Change Management practices
