Job Description:The role of the Scrum Master on a KTD Team is to act as an Agile Coach for the team, guiding them to follow Agile practices and principles. They should fill the role of servant leader and change agent for the team, ensuring the successful delivery of high quality software. This role in particular will be in support of a Dev Ops team. • Scrum master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise• Experience in an agile environment in other roles; such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach• Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures• Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential. Excellent team player and team builder• Ability to work with all levels of the organization• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and communicate agile methodologies within the organization• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills• Strong ability to manage multiple agile teams and ensure a proper balance between PMO (Project Management office, business and technology teams and management)• Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:Coach and guide the team on Agile best practices and processes Coach product team on effective Backlog refinement and management, ensuring a clear definition of done is established Coach the team to be effective self-organizers, thinking through problems together in order to present and arrive at the best solution for the team and the product Facilitate and coach the team on effective discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution techniques Promote a sense of teamwork and camaraderie within the team Strive towards continuous improvement of both processes as well as software development through Inspect and Adapt principles Facilitate or guide facilitation of Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Track team metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and defect resolution to help forecast future team capacity and identify any opportunities for coaching Monitor progress of team OKRs in collaboration with Product Manager Support OKR definition and Discovery Sprint activities as needed while continuing to help the team with delivery activities Facilitate transition of work from Discovery to Delivery Remove impediments and shield the team from outside distractions Understand organizational structure in order to know who to reach out to in various areas to support the team Manage cross team dependencies throughout the iteration cycle Monitor team's progress throughout the iteration, helping the team to identify risks and impediments that may be slowing them down Provide support to the team around release management activities
