Salesforce Administrator Modis IT is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position in either Cleveland, OH or Charlotte, NC. The Salesforce Administrator will be the go-to person for users of the Salesforce platform to support day-to-day functions, resolve issues, and promote adoption.

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between Salesforce team and end-users.

Maintain a solid understanding of changes and customizations to Salesforce environment.

Build Strong relationships with colleagues across departments.

Ensure data quality by using best practices to migrate data from outside systems.

Support the user base by providing timely and accurate responses to support ticket inquries.

Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups; provide training one-to-one as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a Technology or Business related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience administrating a Salesforce environment which must include Flows experience.

Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.

Designing solutions and maintaining systems that adhere to security best practices.

One or more current Administrator Salesforce.com certifications preferred (ADM201 or higher).
