Manufacturing Operator associates are needed at this essential company!All Shifts Available
$19.44/hr.
Responsibilities:- Be responsible for winding tank liner with fiberglass strands that are coated with a mixture of resin and hardener.
- Be responsible for offloading, assembling, filling, testing and packaging tanks.
- Performing quality inspections on each tank by identifying and communicating any potential non-conforming product.
- Produce the liners and/or aircells using blowmold presses. The liners and aircells will be used to make a finished product.
- Maintains established production standards to ensure production schedules are met.
- Follows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
- Comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- Be able to read and understand standard work instructions.
- Be able to make decisions and resolve problems.
- Prioritize multiple tasks.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
- Have 1+ years manufacturing experience
