A CPA firm in Mason is seeking a full-time staff accountant with bookkeeping experience to join our growing CPA firm in Mason, Ohio. The ideal candidate will work with a variety of client industries and will assist with clients bookkeeping needs. This candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel, be a team-player, have the ability to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Financial statements compilation using Quickbooks from clients bank and credit card statements
Bank, Credit card and Loan statements reconciliations
Preparation of month end JE's
Process Payroll and be knowledgeable with Payroll Compliance
