What we’re looking for:

CEI is looking for a

Senior Corporate Recruiter to support our growth. This person will be responsible for recruiting across a wide variety of internal roles primarily in Sales and Recruiting while supporting other departments like Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounting, and legal as needed This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates to continue our team’s growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with internal clients and leaders to understand and prioritize immediate and upcoming hiring needs to support our growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-cycle recruitment (researching, Sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams.
  • Manage candidate expectations and processes and consistently maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for all open roles.
  • Help drive long-term productive recruiting partnerships with all business units.
  • Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting for sales, recruiting, and corporate roles in a search firm or as an in-house recruiter in an IT services firm.
  • Experience in hiring senior roles (including VP and C levels).
  • Experience working directly with internal leaders to understanding company culture, hiring process, and on-boarding.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills including comfort on the phone with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to understand and convey complexity in a polished and professional manner and to capture the attention of busy, senior executives.
  • Tenacity, tact, self-assurance, grit, ability to think on one's feet and to know when to apply more pressure and when to give in.
