PRIMARY ROLE:
Provide exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and support to customers via phone, in person and through website
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicating effectively and professionally with customer via phone, email and potentially live chat.
Investigating and answering customer inquiries and overall customer service.
Respond to inbound calls and website requests in a timely, consistent and courteous manner
Effectively uses computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
Educates the customer about financial products and services
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with internal and external associates
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Manage time and multiple tasks effectively
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE
Must be fluent in English and Spanish language
1-3 years of customer service experience, such as restaurant, retail, or call center work
Proficient use of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
