About the call center position:
Base salary and commission based inbound sales program agents making $12 hour. Inbound Call Center Representatives are responsible to answer customer inquiries via inbound phone or email support. Assure customer satisfaction in all requests, including: order status, product specifications, engine parts look up. Provide customer service and sales for Wholesale Marine retail and commercial accounts. No Outbound Sales Calls.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or G.E.D.
· Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to use a computer
· Learn new items quickly and accurately
Knowledge of boat parts a plus NOT REQUIRED
Hours/Information:
Full-time positions available
Schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS
Salary: $12
